Catalina seems to be a very knowledgeable and competent
fresh seafood distributor (18+ years). They were featured in the
August issue of Vogue
Magazine for their uni, a three-page article written by food critic
Jeffrey Steingarten. It includes several uni recipes. Vogue Article: Page 1,
Japanese and Sushi theme gifts. I found that the order I received
smelled heavily of cigarette smoke (I am allergic to cigarette smoke),
but the products were as pictured and arrived on time.
They have PLASTIC
resource for links to high quality sites. It
includes lots fun, interesting and nicely designed sites about culture,
arts and media.
