All orders
will be shipped as soon as available. Some custom orders may take
more time to prepare for shipping. We will notify you if there are
any delays in shipping. You may return the items for a full refund
within 30 days after you receive your order if you are not
satisfied. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You may also send us
the item for repairs in the construction of the item within this 30
day period. We cannot repair or replace items that have been damaged
due to abuse or unreasonable use. |

You may
return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the
shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All
returns must be accompanied by the packing slip or a copy. When you
return an item, most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may
want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or
misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a
credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. |
